The Help to Buy Scheme will end in March 2023, and this has been widely expected.
However, the Government’s recent announcement that the deadline for applying for this scheme ends at 6pm on 31st October 2022 has been more surprising, particularly as there seems to be no scheme in the pipeline for replacing Help to Buy.
We are encouraging anyone who is currently eligible for the Help to Buy Scheme to take action urgently so that they don’t miss out.
